What is Ascend?
Ascend is a premium dog gear brand specializing in high-quality, technical outerwear for dogs. Our products are designed for outdoor adventures and offer advanced features inspired by leading outdoor brands.
What products do you offer?
Currently, we offer a raincoat for dogs made with cutting-edge, weatherproof materials. More products are in development and will be available soon.
What sizes are available?
For now, we offer 4 sizes, but we plan to expand with time to accommodate more breeds.
When will I receive my order?
To start, we operate on a pre-order model. Your coat will be shipped in February, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. In the future, we will ship as soon as an order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We plan to expand to international shipping with time.
What is your return policy?
At Ascend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free of charge.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exclusions: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please do so via your user login. We will provide you with further instructions and a prepaid return label.
