Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:

• Canada/US: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Tracking info will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values. If eligible, it will be automatically applied at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If you pre-ordered a product, the estimated ship date will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at ascenddogwear@gmail.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
